Please read the “Terms & Conditions” set forth hereinafter carefully prior to ordering any Products or Services from SAAJ BD. By ordering any Products or Services from SAAJ BD through our website, or social media page, the customer agrees to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions stated hereinafter.
Section 1: Introduction
We are SAAJ BD, a brand of SAAJ BD.Com.
Section 2: Definitions
2.1. “Agreement” is a reference to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, any order form, and/or payment instructions provided to the customer.
2.2. “Privacy Policy” means the policy displayed on our social media page and/or the website which details how we collect and store the customer’s personal data.
2.3. “The Customer” is a reference to the person accessing the social media or the website and ordering any products or Services from SAAJ BD.
2.4. “We”, “Us”, “Our”, and “SAAJ BD” are references to the institute
2.5. “Products ” is a reference to any products which we may offer for sale or delivery from our social media page or the website from time to time.
2.6. “Service” or “Services” is a reference to any service which we may supply and that the customer may request via our social media page or website.
2.8. “Social media page” is a reference to our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/saajbd96) – Facebook Page

2.9. “Vendor” refers to product providers who have dealt with SAAJ BD.Com to provide products to the customer. And they abide by rules and regulations set forth by SAAJ BD in the Vendor’s Terms & Conditions.
2.10. “Receiver” refers to the person who receives the gifts or products sent by the customer. As SAAJ BD works as a gift provider also, so the customer can easily send the gift to his/her beloved one. This gift-acceptable person has been denoted as the Receiver.
Section 3: Ordering
3.1. Any order for a product from the social media page or website is cordially accepted by SAAJ BD. There is no limitation on the total order value or product quantity. Moreover, we highly recommend that you to share your expected budget with us. We will arrange to make it possible only for you.
3.2. The customer and the receiver both can order the products or gifts for personal use. SAAJ BD is not working as a reseller. If you have requested any specific product in a bulk quantity then you can be our Corporate customer. Otherwise, if we have proof that any gift or product of SAAJ BD has been resold, SAAJ BD will take legal action against the specific person or institute.
3.3. Please note that some of the products or gifts may be suitable for certain age ranges and religious and cultural affiliations only. The customer should check that the products he/she is ordering are suitable for the intended recipient.
3.4. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of the customer’s order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss. The customer may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data the customer provides when accessing or ordering from the social media page and/or the website. SAAJ BD does not appoint any third-party agency to do that.
3.5. Any order that the Customer places through us is subject to product availability, delivery capacity, and acceptance by the inventory. When you place your order online through the website or the Facebook page, we will cross-check it with our stock inventory. that we have received it. This confirmation procedure may take some time. After a while, the customer will get a confirmation SMS to his registered mobile number.
3.6. If the products or gifts are not available or if there is no delivery capacity, the customer will be notified via call or SMS as soon as possible after placing an order. SAAJ BD does not create any situation where the customer will be in trouble. At the same time, the customer will be recommended to choose the alternative product or gift from the previous wish list.
3.7. An order confirmation fee will be required for each order. Unless the order may not proceed.
Section 4: Prices and Payment Procedure
4.1.The customer can pay for the order through cash on delivery or mobile banking or bank card. If it is a gift order the customer must have to pay for the full order in advance. For other orders, the customer has to pay a minimal amount of BDT 120 for outside Jashore and BDT 60 for inside Jashore to order confirmation. There is no option to deliver any order without the confirmation fee in due.
4.2. All prices of the products or gifts have been determined by SAAJ BD by communicating with the vendor/manufacturer. SAAJ BD is not responsible for any price issue. However, we reserve the right to alter these in the future.
4.3. If the customer chooses online payment, he must pay for his order before it is delivered. To ensure that shopping online is secure, the Customer’s debit/credit card details will be encrypted to prevent the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. The Customer’s credit card company may also conduct security checks to confirm it is him placing the order.
Section 5: Delivery Operation
5.1. Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Products will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of ordering.
5.2. On-time delivery is our responsibility. We never prefer any delay in delivery. If anything occurs behind late delivery, the customer will be notified via SMS or Call.
5.3. In this case delivery is done by any third-party delivery partner assigned by SAAJ BD, that will give great care to deliver in a timely manner. No responsibility is taken for late delivery by SAAJ BD in either case.
5.4. All the orders are delivered by a reputable courier. We and our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver within the time stated. If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted by us.
5.5. In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by SAAJ BD.
5.6. All products shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
5.7. If the customer fails to accept or receive the product from an order at the time they are ready for delivery or the order is in transit the order confirmation amount will not be refunded.
5.8. The Customer must ensure that at the time of delivery the delivered products are all okay. We cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or expense incurred on premises after the delivery person left the delivery point. So, we cordially request the customers to check the delivery product properly in front of our delivery person.
5.9. Please note that it might not be possible for our delivery partners to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, the Customers and/or Receivers can receive the product from their nearest pickup points of our delivery partners. Moreover, we will inform all Customers and/or Receivers of details about the delivery method during the order confirmation.
Section 6: Order Replacement or Cancellation
6.1 Due to change of mind no replacement or change will be applicable that is already delivered to the customer. If the product quality or quantity problem is found then customers can return/cancel their order on delivery time with the presence of the delivery person.
6.2 The Customer must notify us immediately and within 6 hours after confirming an order, if the customer decides to cancel his/her order. In that case, the confirmation fee can be refunded. But, if the order cancellation period is over and/or delivery personnel have already been dispatched, it may not be canceled. In that case we will not be able to refund any order confirmation fee, which has not been canceled as per the above rules.
6.3. SAAJ BD may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. The customer will be notified within a very short prior of time via SMS or Call.
6.4. In the case of online payment, if the cancellation was made in time, SAAJ BD will refund the original payment method with the full amount within 7-10 working days, which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which the Customer paid for the delivery of the product or the Services, as applicable.
6.5. In the unlikely event that SAAJ BD delivered a damaged or wrong item, or if there are any missing items the customer has the right to reject the delivery of the damaged, wrong or missing item and the customer shall be fully or partially refunded for those damaged, wrong or missing items that the customer pay for it. It will only be applicable when this mistake has been detected in front of the delivery person. Any subsequent (within 24 hours) complaint will be settled as per our investigation. No further complaints will be entertained after this period.
Section 7: Information
7.1. Where we deliver any order the customer or receiver has to provide us with accurate and complete information.
7.2. The customer authorizes us to use, store, and process the customer’s personal information. This data or information may be disclosed to our delivery partners. Moreover, we are very careful about any personal information.
Section 8: Complaints

Section 9: Limitation of Liability
9.1. We take great care to ensure that the information available on the social media page and/or the website is correct and mistake-free. We apologize for any mistake or error that may have occurred. We cannot warrant that the information on the social media page or the website will be mistake-free. In a timely manner, those defects will be corrected.
9.2. By accepting these terms of use the customer agrees to accept our service.
9.3. We only deliver or provide the products and Services to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. This does not affect any Customer’s consumer rights.
9.4. We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property, and/or loss for the third-party delivery agency arising out.
9.5. Offers are subject to SAAJ BD’s discretion and may be withdrawn at any time and without notice.
Section 10: General
10.1. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka.
10.2. We may change any part of the full or partial services that we provide to the customer from time to time. And we may assign or novate any part or parts of our rights under these Terms and Conditions without the customer’s consent or any requirement to notify the customer.
10.3. We may alter or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the Customer.
10.4. The orders must be paid by cash on delivery or via online. Failure to pay on time will result in an investigation and may result in the cancellation of the Customer’s ID with SAAJ BD. If SAAJ BD found anything wrong or conflicted with our terms & condition we can ban the customer from SAAJ BD.
10.5. Do not use or launch any robotic system or program with our website.
10.6. Do not collect any personally identifiable information from the social media page. This has been only made for commercial solicitation purposes.
10.7. The Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, any order form, and payment instructions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and us. No other terms whether expressed or implied shall form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other term or provision on the Website, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
10.8. If any term or condition of our Agreement seems invalid, illegal, or unenforceable that such term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted.
10.9. These Terms and Conditions shall be obay with the laws of Bangladesh.
10.10. All dealings, correspondence, and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language. If an extreme case, the Bangla language may be considered.
